Is your website working for you?
If you already have a website, quickly consider these three questions.
Is your site driving sales?
Many websites these days use e-commerce to take sales via the Internet.
Your business may be entirely service based in which e-commerce may not be for you. A simple yet elegant page can often be the best thing for businesses in service based industries like surgeries, bars and cafes, or hair salons.
But consider the following expansion. Take a hair salon that may also want to sell products like hair sprays, gels, and accessories, or a cafe may wish to home deliver products, so there is nothing stopping you from having both.
Is your site keeping you in contact with your customers?
If your site is not maintaining the relationship with your customers then your site is not doing it's job!
Delivering information about new products, services or events your business offers is critical in maintaining a connection with your customers. Newsletters and mail outs are an effective marketing tool your business can utilise.
Is your site keeping your customers in contact with you?
If your site is not allowing your customers to contact you, it is an even bigger failure! Even if you can contact your customers!
If you feel your business is not getting what it deserves contact us to discuss your needs immediately because it could be costing you more than you think.
